Nexsurplus — Terms of Use
Founding Member Pilot — Effective from October 2026.
Who we are
Nexsurplus Ltd is a B2B marketplace connecting construction businesses to buy and sell surplus materials. These terms apply to your use of the platform during the founding member pilot phase.
Founding member access
As a founding member you receive free access to the platform, with no subscription fee and no commission charged on transactions during the pilot period (October 2026 – February 2027 inclusive). These terms may be updated when the full platform launches in January 2027.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate company information, list only materials you have the right to sell, and conduct transactions honestly and in good faith.
Listings
Nexsurplus reserves the right to remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee the sale of any listed item.
Transactions
During the pilot phase, transactions are agreed directly between buyer and seller. Nexsurplus facilitates introductions but is not a party to individual transactions and accepts no liability for disputes between users.
Data
Your registration data is stored securely. We will use your email address to contact you about your account and the platform. We will not sell your data to third parties. Full privacy policy to follow at launch.
